A mellow alternative to our popular Matcha iri Genmaicha, this matcha is silky-smooth and features a hint of sweetness from the buckwheat or soba. Full of earthy, warm flavors but light on the tongue, this matcha is easy to make and easier to enjoy. Perfect for those who love the roasted, nutty flavors of buckwheat teas, and equally ideal for someone wanting to explore the world of matcha in a mellow, forgiving way.
